Myranda is the sweetest girl. She was wandering as a stray in southern Minnesota when a lost dog team started working to trap her. Once trapped, she was easily approached and took treats nicely from hand
In her foster home, Myranda is potty trained, quiet and loves to sleep in her kennel - BUT - she does not like to be left locked in her kennel and will try her hardest to break out if left home alone - her foster home is working on this.
She is a quiet girl, and finally after 2 months in her foster home, she's starting to play with the resident dog. She is completely indifferent about cats.
Myranda will need a home that will give her the time she needs to slowly acclimate to new surroundings. She is very timid. It's obvious someone used a hard hand with her in her previous life. Slow motions and lots of praise will be crucial to her successful new life! A fence will be required for her. Since she was found as a stray, and is still skittish, she is a flight risk. She can jump out of a 4 1/2 foot kennel, so privacy fencing will be ideal. Though her requirements seem strict, this girl is worth it. She has been an absolute gem in her foster home. She is estimated to be about 3 years old. She is current on vaccines, microchipped, and spayed. She is ready to find a quiet, loving home that will promise to give her all the love and affection she craves More about MyrandaGood with Dogs, Good with Cats, Good with Older/Considerate Kids Only, Good with Adults, Good for Seniors/Elderly, Quiet, Does Good in the Car, Requires a yard, Cratetrained, Timid, Skittish, Affectionate, Even-tempered, Gentle
